Ouachita Parish, LA – According to the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office, this incident occurred on Thursday.
Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a disturbance.
The responding deputies made contact with the victim and the victim told them that they had a disagreement regarding a utility bill with the 31-year-old suspect.
The victim also told deputies that the 31-year-old suspect turned her vehicle in their direction and attempted to crash into them as they were walking to their parked vehicle.
The victim was able to move out of the way of her vehicle as she crashed the car into the victim’s vehicle.
Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s deputies made contact with the 31-year-old suspect, Valencia Collins.
She allegedly admitted to being in a verbal altercation with the victim over utility bills and crashing into the victim’s vehicle after becoming upset.
The 31-year-old woman was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault and Aggravated Criminal Damage to Property.
