Shreveport, LA – Police officials said the shooting occurred right before 5 p.m. Thursday afternoon.
It happened on Quail Creek Rd.
Shreveport Police Department officers responded to a shooting call.
When the officers arrived on scene, they found one adult male victim.
Police said the victim suffered a single gunshot wound to the leg and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
During an interview with investigators, the victim reportedly said that he was outside when he was shot.
The victim’s age or identity have not yet been released.
No suspects have been arrested yet, police said.
