Two suspects arrested for the Saint Claude and Saint Roch avenues reckless driving incident

New Orleans, LA – According to the police officials, this incident occurred on June 5, 2022.

It happened at the intersection of Saint Claude and Saint Roch avenues.

On June 13, a 17-year-old juvenile surrendered to police in connection with this investigation, NOPD officials said.

The male suspect was arrested and booked into the Juvenile Justice Intervention Center on charges of felony simple criminal damage to property in the amount of $5,000.00; simple assault; inciting to riot, aggravated obstruction of a highway in commerce; and for disturbing the peace by tumultuous behavior.

On June 16, 26-year-old Eduardo Gomez surrendered to police in connection with this investigation.

Gomez was arrested and booked into the Orleans Parish Justice Center on charges of aggravated obstruction of a highway in commerce; disturbing the peace by tumultuous behavior; and for rioting.
